He
deals with Executive Search and Human Resources
Management Consultancy. He comes from important
company experiences in the Human Resources
Management. For several years, he was Chairman
of
ASSORES – a member of the European
Confederation of Search and Selection
Associations (ECSSA);
he has been Vice-Chairman of
ASSOCONSULT, having maintained the function
of coordinator of the "Assores Sector" following
the merger of Assores with Assoconsult of
Confindustria. |

 |
She earned
her degree in Labour Psychology in 2005 and after a year
the qualification to practice the profession; she is
regularly enrolled with the Roll of Psychologists of the
Veneto Region. She has attended a post-graduate course
in "Training and Organizational Development" at the
University of Florence. She has three years of
experience in the field of personnel selection, gained
in various contexts, which permitted her to acquire
ability in the administration of tests and in conducting
assessment interviews. She has performed company
consultancy related to the analysis of the company
climate, potential, skills, and the work-related stress. |

He earned
his degree in Business Economics at the University of
Padua in 2010. Following a period of collaboration
performed initially with Studio Marchi as a person in
charge of Selection, he currently acts as a
Recruiter.
The knowledge acquired has been applied in
the area of the Innovation Management, Company
Organization and work flow and process Management. He
deals with promotional contacts. |
